St Mary’s Cottage is located in the heart of the popular and well regarded village of Laxfield, which is situated just 7 miles north of the historic market town of Framlingham and is one of the most popular villages in the area with its two public houses, The Royal Oak and The King’s Head, known locally as The Low House.
