The property forms part of a small development of former Local Authority housing set along the Rendham Road on the outskirts of the small rural village of Bruisyard, which is situated in the valley of the River Alde. From Framlingham, take the B1119 out of the town heading east.  Take the second turning left signposted Cransford.   At the T-junction turn right and then take the next left.  Follow the road into Bruisyard.  Pass the village hall on the right and then turn right onto the Rendham Road and the property can be found on the left hand side identified by a Clarke and Simpson Board.
