The former office/annexe at Elm House Farm  is of predominantly red brick construction under a tiled roof.  It was previously used as a annexe for a family member and an office and already comprises a kitchen/dining/sitting room, downstairs shower room and two first floor bedrooms.  Planning permission was granted by East Suffolk Council under Reference DC/24/1204/FUL on 3rd July 2024 and some of the associated plans are included within the particulars but further documents are available from the East Suffolk Council planning website.  The planning allows for the conversion of the building to a single dwelling along with associated landscaping and parking.  Listed Building Consent (the building is deemed curtilage listed) was granted permission under DC/24/1205/LBC.

The barn sits in grounds of approximately 4.5 acres.  A site plan shows the property outlined in red and it will be granted a right of way over the driveway shaded yellow.  

Services                 
It will the responsibility of the new owner to install a new electricity and water supply to the dwelling.  The new owner will also need to install a new sewage treatment plant.  Interested parties should carry out their own investigations with regard to services.
