Location
Inkoos Mill is situated in the rural hamlet of Battlesea Green, just over a mile from the village of Stradbroke. Stradbroke has a convenience store, post office, bakery, butchers, doctors’ surgery, swimming pool/leisure centre, village hall, primary and secondary schools and two pubs. It is approximately ten miles from Diss, where a wide range of shops and services can be found, along with a mainline railway station with regular services to Norwich and London Liverpool Street.

There is also driveway parking for three vehicles. There is a fantastic garden with views to the rear which is laid to lawn and with large patio areas with shrub borders, beds and mature trees. To the left of the property there is a large pond (which is not for use by the tenants), and there is a path to the right of the garden which leads to a paddock.
Services
– The water supply comes via the farm. There is a monthly charge of £10 for sewage and £30 for water to be added into the agreement
– The chimney was swept in the summer and will be annually at the cost of the landlord
– Electric readings will be taken every six months and the Landlord will invoice for the usage.
– We must stipulate that due to the property being converted to an annex there is no council tax due. However, if the event occurs where council tax does become due the tenant is liable to pay it.
Term
To let unfurnished on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a term of twelve months. Rent payable £1,575 per calendar month.
