Chartered Surveyor
Due to expansion, Clarke and Simpson are seeking to appoint a new member to the Professional Team based in our busy Framlingham office.
The successful applicant will have previous experience and knowledge of dealing with option and promotion agreements relating to residential and commercial development land. You will be confident in advising clients on site assembly, land promotion and option agreements and equipped to prepare high-quality reports for presentation to landowners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, ambitious, proactive and able to work independently, generating new opportunities alongside working with our existing well established clients on current projects.
