Clarke & Simpson Auction Centre, a leading Suffolk auction house, has been a key player in the region’s auction scene since its origins as the Wickham Market Sale Yard in 1922. Located in Campsea Ashe, our Auction Centre has grown from its early days of livestock sales into a bustling hub for a wide variety of auctions, continuing to serve the community with the same dedication and integrity that has defined us for over a century.
Our Auction Centre in Campsea Ashe spans eleven acres, featuring six spacious salerooms, extensive yard space and parking for over 300 cars. We host a range of auctions throughout the year, including our traditional weekly auctions. From antiques auctions to agricultural machinery auctions, we offer a diverse selection of items, ensuring that there’s something for everyone. Our auctions have even been showcased on popular TV programmes like Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip, highlighting the unique and exciting finds available at our sales.
At Clarke & Simpson, we take pride in being regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and are committed to achieving the best possible prices for our clients. whilst ensuring that every transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism and transparency.
