Chartered Surveyor
Due to expansion, Clarke and Simpson are seeking to appoint a new member to the Professional Team based in our busy Framlingham office.
The successful applicant will have previous experience and knowledge of dealing with option and promotion agreements relating to residential and commercial development land. You will be confident in advising clients on site assembly, land promotion and option agreements and equipped to prepare high-quality reports for presentation to landowners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, ambitious, proactive and able to work independently, generating new opportunities alongside working with our existing well established clients on current projects.

Auction Co-ordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our machinery and on-site auction team.
This full time role will be very varied, including helping to set up sales, moving and loading machinery, photography, assisting with cataloguing and operating online bidding software.
Working both independently and part of a small team, you will be based at our 11 acre Auction Centre site in Camspea Ashe, Suffolk, but will also be out on farms throughout East Anglia as required.
There is also the potential to learn to auctioneer in our weekly chattels sale, assist with expert machinery valuations and gain professional qualifications.
A full clean driving licence is required. In addition, strong IT skills, forklift ticket and a good working knowledge/ interest in farm machinery would be advantageous. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
